Glacier hiking and ski mountaineering crampons

For glacier hiking, snow courses, and ski mountaineering, the Petzl glacier hiking and ski mountaineering crampons are ideal. Both lightweight and easy to use, these crampons fit most mountaineering shoes, even without welts. This is the case for the Irvis Hybrid crampons, which combine lightness and robustness. With a steel front and an aluminium back to improve the performance/technicality/weight ratio. Compact for transport thanks to flexible links, they are equipped with the Universal Leverlock attachment system that allows them to adapt to all shoes with a rear welt. Another model, the Leopard LLF crampons, are the lightest in the range, weighing only 320 grams. The 10 aluminium points provide stability on hard snow. Classic and technical mountaineering crampons

For classic mountaineering, the Vasak crampons are versatile and designed for varied terrain courses. Available in two attachment systems to fit all shoes, the Vasak Leverlock Universal crampons are made for shoes with rear welts, while the Vasak Flexlock crampons are for shoes without front and rear welts.
In technical mountaineering, the Sarken crampons are perfect. The vertical and serrated front points offer better penetration in hard ice while providing good support on snow. The distribution of the 12 points ensures stability and grip on gentle slopes as well as on steeper gradients. Again, the Universal Leverlock attachment allows these crampons to adapt to all shoes with rear welts. 

Ice climbing and dry tooling crampons

For these practices, Petzl offers very technical and high-performing equipment. The Lynx crampons, for example, are modular to offer more versatility. To perfectly adapt to your courses, they can be mono-point short/long, bi-point, or asymmetrical bi-point. And with the Universal Leverlock attachment system, they attach to all shoes with rear welts.
Other models, the Dart crampons are technical and lightweight. Also equipped with modular points, they ensure stable footing, regardless of the terrain, thanks to their side half-points. Additionally, the arrangement of the points allows for precise and effective hooking. Equipped with the Fil Leverlock attachment system, they are compatible with shoes with front and rear welts.
