YY Vertical, for the comfort and training of all climbers
The story of the brand YY Vertical began when Alex Yang, freshly arrived in the Grenoble region, discovered climbing. Very quickly, after belaying his friends, his neck started to suffer. He decided to address his problem and relieve his neck by creating a dynamic company that manufactures belay glasses. By basing his product design on observation and optimisation, the brand quickly became the global leader in belay glasses. Since then, YY Vertical has developed new solutions dedicated to climbing, particularly in terms of training accessories. We think especially of climbing holds and other equipment specially designed by YY Vertical for warming up and training.
YY Vertical gear dedicated to climbing
The pairs of YY Vertical belay glasses provide numerous benefits during climbing sessions, whether indoors, outdoors, or on multi-pitch routes. Essential for improving the comfort of the belayer, they allow the belayer to keep their head level while monitoring their partner's progress. Their neck is therefore much less strained, keeping their cervical spine relaxed. In fact, the prism glasses reflect the perceived image for an unobstructed field of vision and continuous monitoring of the climbing partner. Up, Solar, Classic: YY Vertical develops different ranges to cater to all types of practices. The Grenoble-based brand has also diversified into climbing equipment, particularly climbing accessories. In addition to holds, YY Vertical offers climbing beams and other climbing accessories to continually enhance your climbing experience.
