Passionate motorcyclist, Joan Rojas particularly enjoyed cruising the beautiful roads of Catalonia on his bike. Not entirely satisfied with his neck gaiter from the army, he decided to create one that was as protective as it was comfortable. Drawing on his experience within the family business, he worked tirelessly to develop an effective solution against the sun, wind, and cold. He achieved his goal by creating a seamless neck tube made from microfiber. Following the success among his family and friends, he launched his first collection and the Buff brand in 1991. After just three years on the market, the neck tubes were selling everywhere in Europe. Used for both sports activities and everyday life, the Buff neck tube is much more than an ordinary accessory.
