Poc, the pursuit of safety
The adventure of Poc Sports began in 2005 in Sweden. The brand's goal was very clear: to provide safety equipment for winter sports and cycling. Thus, the Swedish manufacturer's range includes bike helmets and ski helmets, back protectors, goggles, and sunglasses as well as accessories. The mission of Poc, "to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and all those who aspire to become one," is achieved through products of very high quality. To this end, Poc develops its equipment through two scientific forums, the Poc Lab and the Watts Lab, which bring together some of the finest minds in research, medicine, and safety. Supported by numerous athletes, including Olympic and World champions, Poc's equipment has built a solid reputation by exploring new ideas and innovating in protection.
Poc cycling equipment
To ensure the safety of all cyclists, Poc has developed high-level cycling equipment dedicated to both road cycling and MTB. The Poc bike helmets are among the most comprehensive on the market. For example, the Tectal is a reference Poc MTB helmet. Designed with a thicker EPS liner on the most exposed cranial areas for better protection and built with a unibody shell, it features a structure that is both durable and lightweight. Meanwhile, the Omne Air Spin is a helmet for road or everyday use. It provides excellent protection thanks to the optimal density of the liner and the increased thickness of exposed areas, while also being well-ventilated and lightweight. Ergonomic, it is discreet and versatile. In addition to helmets, the Swedish brand offers cycling apparel. Among them, the Thermal VPDs Bib Tights is a Poc cycling short for winter riding. Long, it provides optimal thermal protection thanks to its warm, windproof fabric. Comfortable with its VPDS Multi D chamois, it is the ideal weapon to face the coldest temperatures.
Poc, for more safety on the snow
Also focused on winter sports, Poc offers a whole range dedicated to safety on skis. With men's ski helmets and women's ski helmets like the Fornix Mips, the brand designs some of the most stylish helmets on the market. Lightweight and protective, it is ideal for both alpine skiing and freeride adventures. Ventilated, featuring a comfortable inner EPS shell and Mips technology, it is extremely comprehensive and well thought out. To complement this Poc ski helmet, the Fovea Clarity goggles are ideal. Designed for speed, they offer optimal vision in all weather conditions. Padded with high-density foam and equipped with a spherical lens, they include several interchangeable lenses to ensure perfect visibility, regardless of the weather. Tested in real conditions and worn by numerous champions, the Swedish brand's ski equipment is perfectly suited to accompany and protect you on and off the slopes.
