The Dalestølen Merino Jacket is a lighter, more sporty version of the famous Dale of Norway Cortina 1956 sweater. This men's jacket is made from 100% soft Merino wool. The sweater features an updated version of the Cortina pattern, with a high collar and a zipper closure.
The Cortina pattern was taken from the very first official Olympic ski jumping sweater - for the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The design captures the essence of traditional Norway and has become one of Norway's most famous patterns.
