The unique feature of this backpack is its back panel made of compressed Swiss wool. Just like in clothing, mountaineers benefit from the unique temperature and moisture self-regulation offered by wool, keeping their back dry. Thanks to the wool, the back of the backpack can absorb almost 30 times more moisture than similar backpacks with a foam back panel and is almost 7% more breathable. Another advantage of wool is that the surface of the back panel dries faster. The full-contact back panel is close to the body and offers optimal load distribution. Its construction consists of two aluminum struts that provide great stability and a lot of comfort even with a heavy load.
