The PowSlayer Jacket for women by Patagonia is a waterproof ski jacket designed for freeride skiing and ski touring. Made from Gore-Tex® Pro 3-layer fabric with a shell of 100% recycled nylon, the PowSlayer Jacket offers unparalleled weather protection. Snow, rain, wind, it makes no compromises! Completely waterproof, it is also windproof, breathable, durable, and very lightweight. Its DWR finish enhances its waterproofing, preventing the garment from soaking up water. The hood is perfectly compatible with a ski helmet and features the Cohaesive™ embedded cord-lock system, allowing it to adjust perfectly to your head. In case of prolonged and intense effort, the PowSlayer Jacket has two ventilation zips under the arms to help regulate your body temperature. A fully adjustable snow skirt and multiple pockets make this ski jacket both attractive and functional. You will appreciate its pre-shaped fit that allows great freedom of movement, whether you are climbing a ridge with skis on your backpack or descending through the trees. Finally, the PowSlayer Jacket is equipped with the Recco® system which helps rescuers locate you in the event of burial following an avalanche.
