The stretch upper body and sleeves move with you, while the membrane velvet chest contrasts with the satin-finish lower section. The fixed adjustable hood lets you fine-tune head coverage, and the waterproof YKK zips help prevent water from getting in at the closures. On the slopes, the snow skirt helps keep snow out; then you can remove it for trips into town.
It is designed for recreational skiers who alternate between runs on the piste and breaks at the resort, without reserving their down jacket for ski days only. Its mix of materials gives it a look that is less purely sporty.
