OrtovoxOrtler Softshell Plus Jacket M - Softshell jacket - Men's

The Ortler Softshell Plus Jacket from Ortovox is a men's softshell jacket designed for ski touring. Its elastic fabric incorporates merino wool, soft on the skin, and the torso features a Windstopper® by Gore-Tex Labs membrane that blocks the wind where it bites the most, from winter to spring outings.

The body mapping places windproof protection at the front and allows the rest to breathe: less overheating on the ascent, fewer chills during transitions. The underarm vents and front pockets remain accessible with a backpack. The preformed hood fits under a helmet when the wind picks up.

It is aimed at intermediate to advanced ski tourers who tackle sustained climbs and windy ridges without constantly adjusting their layers. Tested and recommended by the German Mountain Guides Association (VDBS).
